Nicole Dotterman

Data entry supervisor

Nicole Dotterman joined UCC in August of 2007 as a dispatcher and was quickly recognized as a key team member.  With her attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills, Nicole quickly moved up to Dispatch Supervisor before making the move to data entry in 2015 where she currently works closely with Dave Palacios in managing UCC’s data entry department and automation specialists. Additionally Nicole facilitates all new dealer acquisitions to make the process of moving accounts to UCC as smooth as possible for dealers and their customers.

Tim McKay joined UCC as a dispatcher in 2013 and quickly moved up through the customer service and data entry departments. During that time, Tim built an extensive knowledge of UCC’s technical infrastructure and third party services. In 2017, Tim joined the dealer support department and earned our Chairman’s Award of Excellence in both 2018 and 2019. Tim is a tremendous help with data entry projects and often takes the lead on IT issues.

Caitlin Smith joined UCC in January 2013 with a background in customer service and restaurant hospitality. After starting as a dispatcher, UCC quickly recognized Caitlin’s talent for handling complicated problems professionally with both dealers and end users alike. She was promoted to Dealer Support in 2017. Caitlin pulls reports quickly, researches account histories, and helps dealers adjust processes to take care of their customers efficiently and successfully.

David Palacios joined UCC in 1985. He grew in responsibilities and was promoted to operations manager in 1988. In 2004, he became UCC's first representative in the newly created department of dealer relations. As the manager of dealer support and data entry, Dave and his team work closely with all dealers to solve any day-to-day issues that arise. Dave embodies UCC's commitment to dealers' complete satisfaction.
