Marilyn Monroe Featured at United Central Control Reception in Vegas


SAN ANTONIO, Texas (April 9, 2012) – United Central Control (UCC) dealers were treated to a Marilyn Monroe performance at ISC West in Las Vegas, as Marilyn also sang happy birthday to the UCC management team in celebration of the company being in business for 30 years.  During the company’s annual dealer appreciation reception, over 300 attendees enjoyed excellent food, beverages and a magician’s card tricks.
 
“We put this together every year to show our appreciation to our dealers and other individuals and companies we work with in the electronic security industry.  We also want to find out from them how we’re doing, and other ways we can help their bottom line,” said UCC’s Mark Matlock, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales.

Dealers signaled there appreciation of UCC, too.  Larry Canik, Foresight Electronic Security Systems out of Houston, said he attends the UCC reception at Treasure Island annually.  “I love the guys at UCC.  Whether it’s customer relations or any other issue, they will handle your problem fast and on the spot.  That’s a good thing.”

“Without a doubt, go with UCC,” Canik advised.  “They’re the best monitoring service.  Nobody is better.”

Mark Tucker, On Duty Systems, Sugarland, TX, has used UCC’s services for five years.  “They offered a better service plan and support.  They’re very professional, responsive, customer oriented and have well-trained staff,” he said.

Louis Cruz, Lincoln Security, Houston, TX, has only been with UCC for a year, but was drawn to them because both companies are in Texas, and he’d heard about UCC’s excellent reputation from others in the industry.

Cedric Bouligny, with Comfort Security, has been with UCC 12 years, and cited Mark Matlock as a key reason he went with UCC’s services.  “The operators are courteous and responsive.  UCC has redundant systems set up, and goes beyond industry standards on their equipment.  We liked their integrity, and that they would be an extension of our company to offer the services we want to deliver to our customers.”


“They also give back – like they’re doing tonight with this reception.  Some central stations don’t give any appreciation to their dealers,” Bouligny added.

Dan Fitch, with FCI and Associates, said UCC helps him put solutions together for his customers.  He’s had a decade-long relationship with UCC staff, and cited it as a major reason he uses their services.

“We chose UCC’s professional level of monitoring and outside-the-box thinking.  They’re both inward and outward thinkers, and know how to handle big picture projects,” Fitch said.

“We can’t thank our dealers enough for their ongoing support, and we hope to offer more products, services and solutions in the years ahead, so they can grow in value with their customers,” Matlock said.
